Break your fast with these Almond & Date Bites – a naturally sweet, nutritious, and easy-to-make treat perfect for Iftar! Dates provide instant energy, while almonds add a delicious nutty flavor. A healthy way to recharge after a long day of fasting!
Ingredients:
-Dates 1 cups (washed, pitted, and soaked for 10-15 mins)
-Butter 1 tbsp ( Makhan )
-Almond powder 1 cup ( Badam )
-White sesame seeds (for coating) ( Sufaid Til)
-White chocolate (melted) 3 -4 tbsp
-Dark chocolate (melted) 1-2 tbsp
Direction For Cooking :
-Wash the dates properly then remove the seeds and soaked into warm water for 10 -15 mins.
-Blend the soaked dates into a smooth paste.
-Melt butter in a frying pan, add date paste, and cook for a minute.
-Add almond powder and cook until it forms a dough. Let it cool.
-Roll into small bite-sized balls and coat with sesame seeds.
-Melt white and dark chocolate separately and drizzle over the bites.
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
-Your super energy bites is ready enjoy with your family and friends.
